The answer here to the statements from the “church” in Part 4 regarding the Natsarim position as being heresy, will not be in the same structure, but it will effectively reply to all of them. This is because we see that there are both a fundamental paradigm-error in the “church” position, and naturally then as well, errors in the individual arguments.
Note that this is a longer text becasue there is SO much to say in these two first points alone.
First and foremost
The original law was never replaced or abolished but the fulfillment of it by Yahusha rendered it non-obligatory for salvation since the criterion for salvation changed with the new covenant (of redemption).
The Natsarim claim is that the "church" has misinterpreted Paul's teachings or rather, naively accepted a faulty translation from Greek. This is very easy since Greek is a complex language with often many possible English translations for the same Greek word, translated from the original language.
Additionally, there are newly found original writings in Hebrew of the New testament (Matthew), and new such originals are emerging, and also that it turns out to be not exact in all accounts. While this discovery is very fresh and has yet to be verified and settled by the scholars, it is clear that the Greek renderings that the “church” claims as basis for the Bibles, really was NOT the original writings. However, already in what we can see in the existing manuscripts, Greek words usually have several potential meanings, just like many Hebrew words do. We will return to this below.
Additionally, Paul, as originally Aramaic and Hebrew, formulated himself as such. This, of course had a clear effect on how Paul sometimes was interpreted, which has become clear to the few who know both Old Greek and Aramaic. The apostle Kefas / Peter spoke of this in the bible:
Consider also that our Lord's patience brings salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom God gave him. He writes this way in all his letters, speaking in them about such matters. Some parts of his letters are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.
(2 Kefas / Peter 3:15-16, BSB)
In his letters to the Romans, Paul, for example, referred to no less than seven (7!) different laws when using the word "law." It requires careful consideration of the context, maybe even correlating between Aramaic / Hebrew and Greek passages, to know which of those causalities he refers to in each instance. Something that neither many of the "church" fathers, the failed modern "church,” nor the creators of the Catholic doctrine seem to have been interested in doing. Yet Pauls’s intentions become apparent when we do this in each case and choose to listen to devoted exegetes rather than to authoritarian pundits of those "churches" or the post-modern and post-humanistic camps.
The below list partly explains why the "church" has wrongfully come to assume that the law of YAHUAH no longer should be of any consideration to the believer in our Hamashiach. Here is the list:
1. the law of YAHUAH (Romans 3:31, 7:22-25, 8:7)
2. the law of Sin (Romans 7:23-25)
3. the law of Sin and Death (Romans 8:2)
4. the law of The Spirit of Life (Romans 8:2)
5. the law of Faith (Romans 3:27)
6. the law of Righteousness (Romans 9:31)
7. the law of Hamashiach (1 Corinthians 9:21)
One background to Paul's different uses is that the word "law," as defined in Hebrew, also has a strong connotation of "instruction," so, in his mind, he was not always talking about the law in the legal sense. Instead, he spoke of the “law” as different causalities or consequences of sin from demonic interference and "programmings" of the fallen body. Finally, he also used the word "law" when discussing what YAHUAH has ordained. This also verifies that Yahushua, in essence, never proclaimed any other "law" than YAHUAHs law because our Hamashiach is our door into heaven “I am the door of the sheep" (Yohanan / John 10:7), "…; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, ..." (Yohanan / John 10:9). So, the interpretation of Paul requires particular attention to the context.
The word "fulfill" has been wrongfully translated in most places in the New Testament of Bible variants such as the KJV (1611). Regarding the law, for instance, in (Mattai / Matthew 5:17) (Romans 10:4) (Galatians 3:23-25) (Ephesians 2:15). For example, let us look to the context of (Mattai / Matthew 5:17). We see that it makes no sense for Yahusha first to be "fulfilling" the law (and thus "abolishing it" as the "church" then extrapolates), only to then, in the following verses (Mattai / Matthew 5:17-19), say that nothing of it must be disregarded, even declaring consequences for doing and preaching it or disobeying and teaching to disobey it.
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the Kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the Kingdom of heaven
(Mattai / Matthew 5:17-19, KJV)
Luckily, Strong's lexicon for the Greek language and the Bible provides the answer. The keyword here is "Fulfill," which is transliterated from Strong's G4137, Greek plēroō, pronounced "pla-ro-o" can, as shown by the apostle Paul (in Romans 15:19), also be transliterated to "Fully preach" or "Fully proclaimed."
By instead using one of those transliterations, the complete statement by Yahusha in (Mattai / Matthew 5:17-19) becomes logically consistent with the context. It also means that these two later verses are basically saying, "until the end of time, nothing of the law must be disregarded but [fully preached].", which is also clearly in line with the commandments of Yahusha to all true believers:
All authority in heaven and on Earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
(Mattai / Matthew 28:19, KJV)
That refutal alone disqualifies all accusations against the Natsarim to make Yahusha's sacrifice on the cross "null and void" by even considering following even the slightest portion of the law. Instead, this passage makes the complete opposite assertion that the law is here to stay. It has never been gone, at least not from as far as YAHUAH is concerned. So in fact, it actually condemns all those who accuse the Natsarim of heresy on this point, as heretics themselves(!) This is not surprising since the whole patristic “church”-idea is man-made, and so are also the offspring doctrines of protestants and baptists etc.
ALL doctrines that teach that the law must NOT ever be considered at all (because it was fulfilled by Yahusha), are non-biblical - and completely contrary to the new covenant. He did not buy everyone an automated ticket to heaven regardless of our ways. That is exactly the heresy known as Arianism, which presumes that YAHUAH has no standard of righteousness nor any selection criteria for the citizenship of the coming Kingdom.
Yahusha came to make it possible for us to be granted that ticket at all. Because before then, ALL of mankind was doomed since we were completely unable to fulfill the law at all times (or barely at all at any time).
It is consequently also clear that any people seriously claiming that the law has been abolished, are exactly the ones Yahusha mentions as practitioners of “lawlessness” that He on the day of judgment will be rejecting.
Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’
(Mattai / Matthew 7:22-23, BSB)
Even if people have chosen to disregard the law and gone astray, YAHUAH has remained faithful. And rather than declaring the abolishment or replacement of the law, Yahusha's commandments express the loving and graceful character expected to be the foundation for law practice. All exemplified very well by Yahusha in the case of the adultress. (John 8:1-11) - This was and continues to be the critical failure of the Pharisees. Yes, you hear their voices today as well. Despite the New testament being crystal clear on the topic(!)
For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but it is the doers of the law who will be declared righteous.
(Romans 2:13, BSB)
And - again - while it is not a must for salvation of one who has been born-again in the Holy Spirit, it is recommended and rewarded.
Some reasonable questions to the law-hating "church" are then:
If the law must not be considered by the believers (due to Yahusha's sacrifice), and even considered heresy (!) then why would YAHUAH write that law on our hearts (Hebrews 8:10-11) (Yirmiyahu / Jeremiah 31:33)?
Why would Yahusha himself then also command all believers to go and teach people to obey everything in the commandments, which are a part of the law or synonymous with it? (see the Fifth point in part 6)
Why would Yahusha (as shown above) clearly state positive consequences of teaching others a law that has been abolished and is considered a heresy to follow?
If the 6th commandment; “You shall not murder” is supposedly abolished, along with the rest of the law, are then the lawless claiming that YAHUAH would be OK with them murdering someone, just as long as they can claim to be “loving” them (claiming to have fulfilled Yahushua’s commandment)?
And NO, Yahusha did not introduce any other law but YAHUAH's. All notions of a “law of Yahusha” is man-made by pulling together verses here and there! Yes, the YAHUAH’s law was changed (Hebrews 7:12) in the sense that it is now written onto our hearts instead, making each true born-again disciple also into a priest! Completely contrary to the “church” idea that you can only be a priest if you pass an academic, partly woke training, approve of LGBTQ and the occult and also pass a year of liturgical- training (holding sermons, speaking the right way, using the symbols and props.).
There is nothing in the statements of Yahusha where he abolishes and replaces anything of the law. In fact, there are more than one hundred scriptures in the New Testament that command obedience to the laws of Yahuah(!)
Blessed are those who do His commandments [who wash their robes in the blood of the Ha’mashiach], that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates of the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
(Revelation 22:14-15)
So, on the contrary, Yahusha makes it very explicit that the law is valid until the end of time.
For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
(Mattai / Matthew 5:18, BSB)
When Yahusha said that, He did not mean that errors would never occur when the Bible is printed or read. He was saying that the divine law that was given to Moses, would never change. And is has not.
Also, Ya'akov / James adds to the evidence as he directly refutes the idea of perfection of faith without any fruits. This passage effectively also means that the "Sola Fide,” of the reformation that he modern “church” has taken to mean that all behaviors are OK as long as you claim to have faith, is unbiblical.
What good is it, my brothers, if someone claims to have faith, but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you … does not provide for his physical needs, what good is that? So too, faith by itself, if it does not result in action, is dead. … Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. … Was not our father Abraham justified by what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? … his faith was perfected by what he did. … As you can see, a man is justified by his deeds and not by faith alone.
(Ya'akov / James 2:14-24, BSB)
Additionally, we find a section in Galatians where Paul explains why the law was given and how it relates to the covenant :
Why then was the law given? It was added because of transgressions, until the arrival of the seed to whom the promise referred.
(Galatians 3:19, BSB)
The ‘seed’ here being Yahusha. Note that it does not say that the law thereafter suddenly is an invalid heresy!
So, the true born-again believer should know the law and voluntarily try as well as they can to adhere to it. But, again, not to replace faith but to use it to show the character and worship and build the world that YAHUAH likes. -Yes, actions from faith are a form of worship, but no action can replace faith —these works from faith that Yahusha commanded us to produce as true born-again believers (Natsarim).
…As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.' Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.
(Mattai / Matthew 10:7-8, BSB)
As a paranthesis, all diaconia is not simply the same nor should be conducted in the same way as the simple help as it is rendered by secular help-organizations. Diaconia is an act of worship, and evangelizing, judgment and repentance are (or should naturally be) a big part of the package. It should, in fact, be the main mode of aid rendered to the beggars needy once their life has been secured. This is something that the post-modern “church” has also (naturally) forgotten in the last few decades. It has come to the point where the church renders only money or food and NO judgment or repentance at all and the beggars accept only money.
- Why would the lawless suddently feel compelled or be capable of citing the law, judge sin, lead repentance or perform deliverance? They are not even willing (nor capable without the law) to learn of their own sins or combat their own demons! ALL action starts with a decision (a judgment - which requires a standard to judge by). … - Duh! …
But why the inability for people to recognize the status of the law as existing and valid for test of faith? Paul gives the answer in his second letter to the Corinthians:
Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at the end of what was fading away.
But their minds were closed. For to this day the same veil remains at the reading of the old covenant. It has not been lifted, because only in Christ can it be removed. And even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts.
But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
(2 Cortinthians 3:12-16, BSB)
The Natsarim position is that Yahusha claimed that the law is not old but (under the new covenant) still strongly recommended for true believers because following the law means NOT sinning (!) and it results in good deeds that verify the faith in YAHUAH and brings glory to our savior Yahushua Hamashiach. But (again) it is not a must because the covenant has changed. -The fulfillment of the law is no longer the basis for salvation. However, adherence (more or less) works of worship is a fruit to YAHUAH that will please Him.
Think I have said this enough times now(?)
The law is also the legality that guides the righteousness that is produced by love. This always was the goal with YAHUAH saving us – that we, through faith in Yahusha Hamashiach, would be willing and able to re-enter a way of living and maturing that involved Him in all aspects of our lives and showed to be similar to that of the life of our Hamashiach. And we were born again for it:
For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.
(Ephesians 2:10, BSB)
But here is maybe the real problem with the liberal, post-modern "church" and today's individuals – they say "love" is at the core of their belief, but in reality it is just lust. All Me, Me, Me, My feelings, My rules, My fornication, My Pride ! - Just like Satan.
Some may feel they "love" YAHUAH, but they do not understand that "love" in YAHUAH's terms is an attitude and action. One of servitude and obedience. This is why you will find old historical records between kings, written in Biblical Hebrew, where the little king vows to "love" the great king. So when Yahusha said, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." and "Love your neighbor as yourself." (Makabi / Mark 12:31), He was not talking about emotions or pandering to someone's ego but (again) of obedience, law-abiding care and servitude.
Also, as will be elaborated more in next part of this article series, the law is the tool for the true born-again and repented believer, to judge events and peoples actions and thoughts in line with YAHUAH’s righteoussness, which is also an equally inherent part of YAHUAH’s love. This is why the law or citing it (or any paraphrasing of it in the bible) to anyone (for instance LGBTQXXX, BLM, Islamists, Freemasons and other Satanists) cannot ever constitute hate.
A Judgement is a mirror held up to the person for them to see their sin and repent themselves into the loving relationship with YAHUAH. Holding the mirror does not mean that we as Natsarim try to take the role of the mirror, we just post the questions and guide the person to making their own judgement (the correct one) while we discern if they are truthful or not. In the end, we ask them if they think they will get a pass from YAHUAH into heaven or if they need a savior.
All the above insight comes naturally when you are born-again and are guided by the Holy Spirit. The "love" includes so much more than just an emotion. It is a strong resonance of our whole being to the true word, a deep understanding of things, and a sense of urgency and action, all very much in line with what Yahusha really expects from us. The Lukewarm or the minions of Satan have no way of faking this, but through them, he does what he can to slow and endanger our progression into action.
I personally, think the error of the "church" on this whole topic of the law has been very intentional. Especially the New Testament has been systematically attacked on by the minions of darkness. Intentional mistranslation to fit Greek humanistic philosphies, are no surprise. It is just sad that people are starting to learn this now in the final days.
Nor are the jewish hunting down and destroying original Hebrew manuscripts and exposed Natsarim members, any surprise. They were just as misled by Satan as the “church”, being the eternal Pharisees.
No, the “church” and synagogue have allways fully understood all the nouances of every language and word in the scrolls that is relevant to the topic. Both those scrolls they kept and those they destroyed.
The truth has just been too inconvenient and did not fit with their own ideas. -Satan at work in the minds of men. They are both without excuse.
Second point
There is a HUGE difference between following the law as a true born-again believer in Yahushua Hamashiach versus trying to do so as one not housing the Holy Spirit. Again, the first kind is the Natsarim. Caring deeply for the Holy Spirit, the Natsarim are usually more passionate than most who profess to be born-again. This is a driver behind the urge to know the true faith and not simply accept it as given from a pulpit in a "church." Like the Bereans, Natsarim wants to spiritually and biblically test everything. So they know the law is a strong recommendation for all Natsarim.
Additionally, from (Mattai / Matthew 5:19), it seems that "Whoever, therefore, breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven …".
The true believers who are at least considering the law will be allowed into the Kingdom of Heaven after Judgment day even though they may be just "least" for having broken "the least of these commandments," but also taught others to break the law. Where from there one might fall from heaven is up to YAHUAH as he judges us on Judgment Day.
Looking to the later part of (Mattai / Matthew 5:19), "… whoever does and teaches them [the law, These Commandments], he shall be called great in the Kingdom of heaven ", it is clear that those who teach others the law will have a place of honor in the Kingdom.
The "church" often mistakes the Natsarim for non-believers who are still under the law's curse. This is also the accusation from Satan's minions to drive a wedge between born-again believers (Natsarim or lawless). But by still being willing to follow the law (and teaching others about it), the Natsarim are clearly true believers whereas the workers of lawlessness are at best going to be the least in heaven , and likely not end up there at all.
So why these attacks on the Natsarim?
From Satan's perspective, attacking the Natsarim as heretics is a way to shift the attention away from the adultery of the “church”. It will assure that most believers remain oblivious to the theft and remake of the faith. It also serves to keep the “Christian” masses thinking it is all OK to continue their willful sinning as much as they want "in the name of love,” because "Yahusha died for us all.” , thereby legally remain allowed prey to the demonic forces of Satan. Yes, their lawlessness leaves them all without any standard of righteousness and thereby also open to shaming and to compromising themselves into oblivion, in the name of political correctness. And Yahuah will be denouncing them and allowing Satan to rule them and their lives.
According to the new covenant, Yahushua died for all so that all CAN receive the grace and becoming saved. BUT the ENACTMENT of YAHUAH’s grace, ONLY happens for those who repent and to whom YAHUAH (by Yahusha) sends the Holy Spirit.
SO, in one way of phrasing it, Yahusha did not die for all. ALL will not automatically go to heaven when they die. (That doctrine is called Arianism and was correctly rejected by the “church”).
Those who reject Yahusha or refuse to repent, will NOT be granted the Holy Spirit, will NOT be partakers of the grace from YAHUAH that was bought with Yahusha’s sacrifice. And they will NOT see the kingdom. From YAHUAH’s point of view, they are still enemies.
Also, if you look into the Bible passages that the lawless claim support their position, like (Romans 6:14), (Romans 7:4) and (Galatians 5:18), you will find those talking about the non-believer who is still under the curse of the law or about the revocation of the curse of the law for the true believer.
It is ironic that the adulterous “church” is claiming the Natsarim to be heretics, while at the same time having diverted into idolatry of men and hierarchy as well as all kinds of sinning against the law, hate and lustful actions, while also being in bed with the powers of the world and engaging in syncretism - essentially bowing to Satanism, Freemasonry, Islam and LGBTQXXXXX+ (!) … and … and …
One BIG reason for the failing position of the “church” is that they evaluate everything with the worldly human self-centeredness, by social measures as defined on the current status on the slippery slope of moral decline, and not by YAHUAH’s eternal and absolute standard.
-What part of "… all our righteous deeds are like a filthy garment" (Yeshayahu / Isaiah 64:6) is hard to understand(?) The Father is BEYOND above all human notions of good, righteousness, love, and truth, and man, therefore, can never in himself be anything but totally depraved and perverted.
The most attacked doctrine is the doctrine that says man can do nothing, because every other religion in the world except true Christianity says man can and must do something. …
It is the most contrary Christian doctrine as well because it goes against the grain of the dominant, human, internal feature, and that is self-justification, self-defense, and pride.
Men do not want to recognize they are bad to the bone, that they are corrupt to the bottom, that they are incurably hostile to God (and good), that they are self-centered fatally, that they are self-deceived.
(from John MacArthur online sermon "Becoming a Better You?", Youtube)
We will continue with the rest of the points for the Natsarim position on the law in the next, part 6 of this article series.
